Hopefully not...: The petechiae rash that often accompanies leukemia presentation is quite different from that seen with ringworm. Of note, ringworm (aka, tinea corpora) is not caused by a worm, but rather by a fungus (aka, dermatophyte). It is highly contagious, but there are several effective treatments for the problem.
