Most men with small: Testes do not have klinefelter's syndrome. Normal testes come in various sizes, from very small to very large. Chromosome analysis, if necessary would give you the answer. Good luck.

Cannot say: This is a chromosomal diagnosis and cannot be made without a karyotype. There are certain physical stigmata including small testes and fertility problems that increase the likelihood of klinefelter's but they are not diagnostic.
