Genetic testing: Klinefelter's syndrome, or XXY chromosomes, has some very characteristic traits, such as a tall height, genitalia issues, and more. Talk to your doc about this. If it's suggestive, a basic genetic determination can rule this in or out. However, your doc may be able to point out things that rule it in or out.

See your doctor : Please discuss with your doctor. A karyotype blood test should answer that question.

Confirmation first: See your primary care physician first and arrange a blood test (karyotyping) if he/she agrees.

Suppose you do?: I've known a couple of XXY guys and, though it's a small sample, they've been nicer and happier than most other men I've known. And if you share traits -- whether or not you have the syndrome -- what's the real question? Given the body you were both with and what you can do with it, can you live a happy and useful life? I hope you get what you want -- but even more, are happy with yourself.
