What ENT say?: What did your ENT say about this? I am assuming that you have been examined. Possibly a polyp?

Need a scope: You should have an ENT look at it with a thin fibre optic scope, which can be done in the office. It could be anything from a foreign body to a bony prominence to a tumor, and may require more evaluation after the exam.

Nasal Speculum/Endos: Visuall exam with nasal speculum and nasal endoscope could be helpful. Express concerns to your ent.

Obstruction: the only way to tell is by physical examination. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
