Need more info: The treatment depends upon the location and size of the bone chip. It depends if it is displaced or nondisplaced. You need to see your podiatrist and follow the recommendation.

Size?: A large chip could involve repair, a small could be left alone... Someone has to look at you, the xrays/ ct/ mri, and find the most appropriate venue with the best prognosis for recovery.
