Unlikely: It usually takes significant physical stressors to delay period. Jet lag symptoms: Fatigue or sleepiness, decreased concentration, moodiness, irritability, confusion, anxiety, sweating, dizziness,GI changes (diarrhea, nausea or constipation), headache, sense of not being well & sleep disturbance (insomnia or early morning waking).
