Period 3 days late, spotting very light and pink day 1, day 2 was quite heavy, some mild cramping, day 3 spotting again??

Normal variation: What you describe is within normal for a period. It is apparently not usual for you but it not real reason for concern. Woman's periods can change in duration and flow throughout their lives, and it is not uncommon for a woman to have an unusual period once in a while.

Normal: This is most likely normal....if pregnancy is a concern too early for testing.. Hope this helps Dr Z
