In theory, yes: Chronic acid in the esophagus can lead to changes that predispose people to esophageal cancer. However, there are better reason to be treated for bulimia than that. See your primary physician and discuss all the possible medical problems associated with bulimia. Your dentist can also share many reason that bulimia is a terrible problem and merits treatment.
