Do you smoke: If so, your lungs may not be able to get enough Oxygen at altitude. The body is set up to affect the extremities (fingers, toes, etc) first allowing the usable Oxygen to remain in the central function areas of the body. Solution = Stop Smoking and let the body start the recovery of whatever it can.
