Probably nothing: Qt prolongation in and of itself does not cause symptoms, unless associated with arrhythmias. If arrhythmias occur, palpitations, dizziness, passing out, or even death may occur. This all depends on severity of prolongation and underlying cause.

Normal: Qt prolongation is usually asymptomatic. People wouldn't know they had it unless they had an ekg.
