Stress: Sounds like you have a lot on your mind that is causing you stress and affecting your ability to fall asleep as well as other things. You should discuss this with a counselor to work through any problems and come up with a plan to deal with any stresses you are experiencing. For now, do something enjoyable or physically active in the evening to get your mind off things so you can fall asleep.
