Yes: I have many males patients with infertility that are cured by their urologist. It depends on the condition.

Treatment works: Almost all guys can succeed with treatment. Mild-moderate male infertility is treated with inseminations (iui), severe with ivf/ icsi or donor sperm. Start with semen analysis (sa), repeat if abnormal. Healthy living may help - aim for normal weight, quit smoking & marijuana, cut down if heavy alcohol. Based on sa results hormonal or genetic blood testing, or consult with a urologist may be needed.
