Syringoma vs milia: Syringomas are usually small benign tumor of the sweat glands. They are usually found surrounding the eyes and are yellow ish in color. Milia are keratin filled cysts of the skin and are white in color. They may be found all over the face and usually are seen in newborns. Both conditions are benign.
