Wrinkles on Eyelids: Small bumps under eyes are not all milia. Common growths under eyes are syringomyleia, pilomatrixomas or dermatofibromas. All are benign and treatsble but these growths do not cause wrinkles. Posting a clearly focused close up picture would be helpful but and seeing a dermatologist or interested facial plastic surgeon would allow you to know your treatment options for both.
