Asthenzoospermia is curable?

Asthenzoospermia: Sometimes it is due to metabolic problems. But most of the time it is a ciliary problem which is not curable. What it means is the sperm is not motile. It's trying to have kids, the treatment this intracytoplasmic sperm injection(icsi) which means this sperm is injected directly into the ovum.

It has to : Be found out what caused it. A urologist has to check out if both testis are normal, and descended into the scrotum, also to exclude varicocelle (to many veins around the testis). If all normal down there , an endocrinologist should look into the problem. If the problem has been identified than you will be one step ahead to find out if there is anything available to rectify the condition.
