No 'spare' eyes, ER!: What you describe could be serious or could be harmless, just not enough info to say for sure--but we only get one set of eyes (for now), so take the best care of them you can and get them evaluated in the er asap.

Yes: That spot could be a small hemorrhage from a fragment and could lead to more issues in that eye, including infection. Would recommend going to an er where they can do a thorough exam.
