yesterday i got poked in the eye. today it has a blood spot in the far back feels very strange eye drops not helping.. no insurance do i need to go in?

Depends: If you have a blood spot on the surface, termed a subconjunctival hemorrhage which should be dramatic but not painful, then you might be able to wait. If the vision is disturbed, or there is pain, or discharge like pus, then you need to have an examination.
