Yes: The broken heart syndrome is a stunning of heart function due to excessive Epinephrine (adrenaline), most typically in older people with a death of a close family member. This stunned heart function is typically reversible with medications, but the person meanwhile has risk for life threatening heart rhythm and heart failure. I have treated this in people who have had cardiac arrest from vfib.

Not likely...: But in extremely elderly patients in long term marriages, there have been some reported instances of spouses dying just days after their spouse passed. However, the likelihood is extremely small and while depression from loss of love hurts a great deal, it should not cause you any actual physical harm. I would recommend counseling however if you are feeling that down. Hope you feel better soon!

Broken heart: If by "broken heart" you mean stress induced cardiomyopathy (weakening of heart muscle that may be triggered by emotional stress) then yes, it is possible but most survive this condition.
