Sudafed: Children should not be taking that much sudafed. If she is so symptomatic that she needs that much medication, something is wrong. See your doctor for an evaluation.

Too much: Assuming they are the smallest 30mg dose per pill, then that would be 240mg that she took. That is too high of a dose for someone who weighs 83#. Does not matter her age, just her weight and that is too high of a dose. Could cause racing heart, increased blood pressure, insomnia. Need to look to something else if her allergies are that bad.
