Tough spot: The treatment for chlamydia is very effective, if it fails it is usually because of reinfection. When a patient is treated for an std, her partner (s) also need treatment. You will become reinfected if your partner has the disease and is not treated.

Try: Tell your dr, try to make him talk with your dr, try to discuss it with people involved in your life that you both trust, these are only a few ways to help him understand. Explain that if he passes it back to you, you will pass it again to him too, almost certainly.
