Difficult to say: I wouldn't bank on your symptoms meaning your pregnant, nor would i rely on their absence to mean you aren't pregnant. Urine pregnancy tests (or blood test for the same hormone) is what you may want to obtain soon.

Pregnancy test: It is a good time to obtain a pregnancy test. If your cycles are regular, the test may be positive at this time. Continue to monitor your symptoms. If you are still unsure, see your doctor. They will be able to determine pregnancy and potential other causes for your symptoms.
