PlanB: If he ejaculated, then there is a slight concern about leakage of semen from the condom into the vagina. This puts you at risk for pregnancy. The best option is to consider planb if it has been 72 hours or less since this happened.

Be or get pregnant?: You could always "be" pregnant from prior sex. However, your chance to "get" pregnant from any unprotected sex is low but real, which is why we don't recommend it unless you want to get pregnant. Also unprotected sex puts you at risk for stds. But you knew that already which is why he wore a condom. Slippage or breakage is why there's plan b. No prescription required. Follow directions!
