It says: It says you're coming into contact with people who have colds! are you in contact with children? They are little "reservoirs of disease"! wash your hands often, before and after any contact with children and avoid anyone who is coughing or sneezing but be aware that people can be infectious while they're incubating their cold without your awareness.

Frequent Illness: You may be best served for your piece of mind to have a full evaluation at the doctor's. But, here are some ideas: mistaking colds for allergies or allergic reactions to your home or the mold you live around. Not eating enough calories and especially proteins to keep your immune system strong; not getting enough restorative sleep.

Allergies?: Maybe it is not a cold. If you are getting those symptoms every other week you should go to the doctor for a physical examination. It might be allergies or something treatable. You could be low on vitamin d also.

Cold: It depends on other chronic medical problems. Allergies could also pay a role and may cause very similar symptoms.
