Simple analgesics: There's a lot to be said for as-needed use of Ibuprofen or naproxen. Always take with food. There's nothing you can do for hypermobility syndrome but it shouldn't be painful either.

Gentle stretching: And keep moving. Best medicine for fibromyalgia is exercise but be careful with the hypermobility . Swimming is good. If not controlled by the exercise then next step is an antidepressant for the fibryalgia.
