Maybe (not) . . .: Even after examining a patient in person, it is often very difficult to predict what will happen in the future. Now you're asking us to predict how this person will do w/o ever examining her. It can't be done other than to say we hope that she will improve. However, if you feel that she is getting worse, then it's best that she be evaluated by her physician, specifically the one treating infection.
