Conjunctivitis: It sounds like you may have pink eye, but this also may be caused by an allergy or contact with something that irritated your eye. For now, try some artificial tears frequently in the affected eye to see if this helps. If it does get worse, then see your ophthalmologist.

Possible: Puffy watery eyes can be caused by several conditions, such as conjunctivitis. Your eye md will need to examine to determine whether the conjunctivitis is allergic, viral or bacterial, since the treatment will be different.
