Possible: At that time in your cycle you are probably ovulating. Spotting at the time of ovulation is common. Conception also is most likely to happen at the time of ovulation. So you could conceive at that time.

It is: Kind of early to tell. Missing a period is more indicative. U could check a pregnancy test if you miss a period. Some occasional spotting is not a big deal but if it keeps happenning you may want to get checked for an infection of the cervix, good luck.
