Might be broken: A fall on an outstretched hand is an easy way to get a torus or buckle fracture in the wrist. It's easy to treat, and rarely results in any complications, but you'll need an xray to see.

Wrist pain: If u fell on you palm in flexed position you may have navicular fracture. Get a x-ray.
