Hard to study: Only thing i could find was on yahoo answers: best answer (chosen by asker) speaking from an audiology point of view, there has yet to be (at least recorded historically) any case where tinnitus or hearing loss of any sort is caused by a powerful orgasm. This may just be due to a shift in blood flow changing pressure. Other people online get it. Cause unknown.Apparently not dangerous.
