Physical therapy: Cerebral palsy is a non progressive neurological problem caused by perinatal (around the time of birth ) brain damage lifelong pt and rehabilitation is sometimes indicated the cases vary in severity.

Botox: Agree with dr lotfi.In addition, some severe cases improve with Botox injections to relive the tightness, allowing more flexibility.
