Patience: The best treatment for a newborn rash is patience.If you keep the skin clean, it will self heal without external creams or lotions in most cases.Those that appear too extensive should be evaluated by the kids doc.

Time: Typically acne of newborn resolves on it's own may want to have doctor evaluate to make sure rash is typical of this.
