Stop using meth!: Then go see dentist. Your treatment will depend on the level of destruction you have experienced. Quite frankly if you are still a meth user, dentistry is the least of your problems.

Salivary flow: Meth decreases salivary flow, causing severe dryness. Meth users then duck on lozenges or hard candy to mitigate this. Use of biotene and less sugar is what to do. Of course, getting off meth is the best solution!

Effective treatment: only occurs when a meth addict stops using the drug and enters some form of supervised addiction recovery. If little decay-related damage, dentists can usually restore by eliminating and filling cavities. In severe cases full denture treatment is recommended. Take care.
