Breast? Thyroid?: "medullary carcinoma" is several different diseases depending where it arose. Even in the same organ, there's no one-size-fits-all remedy as no two people present with exactly the same extent of disease. A heads-up on medullary carcinoma of the thyroid is its tendency to run in families and with other endocrinopathies.
