Avoid gluten: 6 percent of the u.S population has gluten sensitivity. 1 percent has celiac. There is no objective test to prove gluten sensitivity. If one cuts out gluten, they should feel fine if he or she is gluten sensitive. Celiac on the other hand can be confirmed by endoscopy and/or blood tests. If you have any suspicion of this you should see a doctor.
