Does hcg increase estrogen?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fertility: Hcg is made by the placenta of pregnancy. It functions by circulating throught the blood and 'maintaining' the corpus luteum in early pregnancy. The corpus luteum in response to continued HCG stimulation produces estrogen and progesterone.
