Doubtful: Only pregnancy test is a sure way to know about early pregnancy. Cheese is a trigger of migraines in some people. Wine ( alcohol) is another such trigger.

Yes, for some types: Some headaches respond to various massage and accu-pressure techniques. Accupuncture might help. Muscle tightness headaches and some sinus headaches are relieved with mentholated ice rub on the temples. I'm sure there are others and your obgyn may advise you of safe pills too.
