What are the early signs of pregnancy headaches and spotting?

Possible: Typical early signs of pregnancy can include headache, nausea, fatigue and breast tenderness to name a few. Spotting can also be part of pregnancy but it is not a "typical" sign of a normal pregnancy. However, women can spot with pregnancy. The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test.
