No unless: Unless you have a superficial fungal infection, it would do nothing for you. However there is some evidence that pityrosporum orbicularis (a normal skin fungal resident after puberty) may sensitize some people and worsen their eczema however I have yet seen one. In this case, an anti-fungal cream may potentially be helpful.
