Toe fracture: Each fracture has it's own personality. If it is a lesser toe fracture, nonarticular, and can be adequately aligned and protected, the answer may be yes. You want to avoid excess motion at the fracture which would lead to nonunion or malunion.

Sure...: Just be sure not to put any excessive strain to the area which could lead to possible misalignment during healing. If the broken toe is splinted and doesn't hurt too much with your level of exercise, you're probably alright.
