Yes: Hysteroscopy is simply a 'look' inside the uterus with a scope. Hysterectomy is the removal of the uterus and pregnancy then is only possible with assisted means such as in vitro fertilization(ivf).

Yes: Yes, particulary if the hysteroscopy is done just for taking a look. For operative hysteroscopy, the answer depends on the extent of surgery that has to be done.
