Should be avoided: Squirt does has natural grapefruit juice in it, so it can indeed cause you blood levels of Lexapro (escitalopram) to rise. Your genetics also play a role in determining how much of an effect there is. While it's not likely that a single can of Squirt less than once or twice a week would cause a serious problem, it could. I would stay away from it. As other sour fruit options go, there's cranberry juice.
