Can u swim in river with stiches?

It depends: If they're removable sutures, if the dressing is still on, or if there's a bond that will need to come off, the usual advice to keep things dry applies. Otherwise, i'm glad you enjoy swimming.

When did you get: them? Although you can get most sutures wet after 48 hours - that does not mean it is ok to keep them immersed. It you still have external stitches in place- swimming in a river might increase chance of infection. it is usually recommend that you avoid swimming until the sutures have been removed.
