Triple trouble: I don't know of any cross-reactivity between sulfa and triple antibiotic ointments (combo of neomycin, polymyxin and bacitracin) however it is important to know that contact allergy to these antibiotics particularly neomycin is very common.

Went to eye doc- eyelid was red and swollen. Got an antibiotic ointment (Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfates & Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment) but not sure if allergy or dirt. Taken 1 day. Super dizzy, & eye feels all better. Can I stop taking it?
Open bloody scabs in 1 nostril, I believe from allergies/dryness. Can I use triple antibiotic (even though says external contact only)? Or other recs?
