Hernia mortality: It is very unusual to diet from a hernia. In today's world, most patients have many weeks to months of warning signals that a hernia is becoming more of an issue. Pain, tenderness, change bowel habits, limitations in activities. A strangulated hernia refers to one where a portion of the intestine is pinched off as with a tourniquet, and this could threaten a persons life if not taken to surgery.
