Can a cat scan do the same thing as a vaginal internal ultrasound?

No.: Transvvaginal ultrasound is usually the best way to evaluate the femal reproductive system. Ct is not as good for looking at the uterus, ovaries and endometrium. Occaisionally, we use MRI to help with complex cases, or ct to problem solve.
