Vaginal ultrasound: Many factors exist in order to determine any risks of pain. Depending on the necessity of the vaginal vs. Abdominal ultrasound, the sonographer can attempt the vaginal probe and if uncomfortable, they can have you fill your bladder and attempt to visualize organs abdominally.
