Bubbles: Bubbles in the toilet water are no big deal, but is you experience air bubbling out when you urinate that is a serious problem. There should be no air coming out of the urinary tract. The most common cause at your age would be a colovesical fistula (tract from colon to bladder) due to diverticulitis- a colon infection. Seek help for this. Surgery is required to fix it
