On occasion: There is no "rule" related to the relationship between bowel function and pregnancy. There may be dietary changes in pregnancy that cause changes in bowel function.

Not usually: Pregnancy usually has the effect of slowing the bowels and may lead to constipation. However, nothing is 100% and it could be that pregnancy may affect you that way.
