What do a couple swollen lymph nodes in groin mean?

Usually nothing.: This is the place where enlarged lymph glands are most often found. If not tender or hard, and if they are under 1 cm in diameter there usually is no problem. If that is not the case, or if there are other symptoms like fever, night sweats or weight loss, they might need to be biopsied.
