Sometimes: Lyme arthritis may effect the ankle joint. If there is no swelling it is unlikely to be related to lyme.

Maybe: Lyme disease does cause joint pain, so it is possible. However, there are many other reasons why the ankle joint hurts. You need to see a podiatrist or orthopedist for evaluation if you are having ankle pain.
